Judith Ann Whiting, PhD, JD, Counselor and Attorney at Law

Dr. Whiting is certified by the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and offers collaborative resolutions to family challenges.  She also is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, the Richland County Bar Association, the South Carolina Trial Lawyers' Association, the American Bar Association, the National Academyof Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and the South Carolina Chapter of NAELA.  She is a board member of the South Carolina Gerontological Society.  She serves on the Children's Law Committee and the Elder Law Committee of the S.C. Bar, and she has been a scoring judge for middle-school and high-school mock trials.  She also serves on the Benedict College School of Education Advisory Board.
